POS billing software for a fast, busy counter
The MudraERP counter is built for the queue: tap an item or scan its barcode, weigh loose items in kg, g or by rupee amount, take cash, UPI or card, and print a receipt. If the internet drops, cash bills carry on and are sent when it is back.
Works on a tablet, phone or PC USB, Bluetooth or camera barcode scanning 58 mm, 80 mm and A4 printing
Tap, scan or type: every way to add an item
A product grid with category tabs and your most frequent items first suits a tablet. A scanner or the keyboard suits a PC: F2 jumps to search and F9 charges the bill. Stock shows on each tile, so the cashier sees “Low stock” or “Out of stock” before promising anything.
Frequent items first, then categories with counts Barcode scanners that type like a keyboard, or the phone camera Search by name, code or any 3 digits of a barcode Keyboard shortcuts for a counter that never uses the mouse
Loose items by weight, the way customers ask
Customers ask for “250 grams” or “₹100 worth”. The weigh card takes kg, g or a rupee amount and works out the rest, with quick buttons for 100 g, 250 g, 500 g, 1 kg and 2 kg. Good for sweets, dry fruits, vegetables, grains and anything sold loose.

Payments, held bills and the day close
Take cash with change worked out, show your UPI QR on screen, take a card, or split one bill across them. Park a bill while a customer fetches one more thing and serve the next person. At night the day close shows what each payment mode should hold.

Behind the counter
Offline cash billing
When the internet drops, cash bills are saved on the device and get their bill numbers when it is back. UPI, card and the rest of the app need a connection; a slow one is fine.
Stock that moves with each bill
Every sale takes stock out. Fresh items made each morning get a day opening that writes off or keeps yesterday’s leftover.
GST on every bill
GST invoices or bills of supply from the same counter, with GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B prepared from them.
Roles for your team
Owner, manager, accountant, cashier and viewer. A cashier bills without seeing your costs, margins or dues.
Dues and reminders
Who owes you and for how long. A reminder opens in WhatsApp with the amount and a pay link typed in; you press Send.
English and Hindi
Switch the whole app to Hindi from the menu. Each person picks their own language; your bills and data stay the same.
Set up for your trade
Each account starts from a template for its kind of business: units, GST rates, item categories and counter options.
Plans and prices
Prices are before GST. Every plan includes the counter, GST invoices, stock and dues.

Questions people ask
Do I need special POS hardware?
No. Any tablet, phone or computer with a modern browser runs the counter. A USB or Bluetooth barcode scanner and a 58 mm or 80 mm thermal printer are optional; the phone camera can scan barcodes too.
What happens when the internet goes down?
The counter keeps taking cash bills. They are saved on the device and sent, with their bill numbers, when the connection returns. UPI and card payments, reports and the rest of the app need a connection.
Can I sell by weight without a connected scale?
Yes. Read the weight off your scale and enter it in kg or g, or enter the rupee amount the customer wants and MudraERP works out the weight. Connected scales are not needed.
Can the cashier have a separate login?
Yes, from the Counter plan up. A cashier login bills at the counter without seeing purchase prices, margins or who owes you.
Can I send the receipt on WhatsApp?
Yes. After a sale you can open WhatsApp with the receipt ready to send to the customer’s number, or print it on thermal paper or A4.
