Where MudraERP is different
Dues with WhatsApp reminders and pay links
Every customer who owes you, with ageing (current, 30, 60, 90+ days). A reminder opens WhatsApp with the amount and a pay link typed in; the link shows what is due and your UPI details.
A counter that keeps billing offline
If the internet drops, cash bills are saved on the device and get their numbers when it is back. UPI, card and the rest of the app need a connection.
Weighed items by kg, g or ₹ amount
The weigh card takes 250 g, 1.5 kg or “₹100 worth” and works out the rest, with quick weights for the common amounts. Fresh items made daily get a day opening that writes off or keeps the leftover.
Real double-entry accounts
Journals, ledgers, trial balance, profit and loss, balance sheet and a year-end close (Growth plan), posted from the same bills and payments as your GST returns.
Hindi, and set up for your trade
The whole app switches to Hindi. Each account starts from one of 25 trade templates with units, GST rates and item categories filled in.
One web app on every device
Phone, tablet and computer in the browser, installable like an app, all on the same live data. Nothing to install from an app store.

A native app in the Play Store or App Store
Many billing apps offer a native mobile app. MudraERP runs in the browser and installs from there. If you need a store app today, check before switching.
E-way bills and e-invoices
Many billing apps make e-way bills and e-invoices from the billing screen. MudraERP does not make e-way bills, and its e-invoicing is coming soon. If you need either today, check before switching.
A free plan, more languages, accounting-software export
Some apps have a free plan, offer more Indian languages than English and Hindi, or export data for desktop accounting software. MudraERP has none of these yet, so check what you need.
What MudraERP does not do yet
- No e-way bills yet; make them on the government portal.
- E-invoicing (IRN and QR) is coming soon, not available today.
- No export to desktop accounting software yet; registers, ledgers and GSTR-1 download as CSV for Excel.
- English and Hindi only.

Is MudraERP cheaper than other billing apps?
It depends on the plan you need. MudraERP’s plans are listed on this page with their prices before GST. Compare the plan you would really use: the number of staff logins, purchases, accounts and GST features you need.
Can I move my data from my current billing app?
Items and parties can come into MudraERP from an Excel or CSV file, with a preview of any problems. If you can download your item and party lists as a spreadsheet, we can help you map the columns when we set up your account.
Does MudraERP work offline like a mobile app?
The counter keeps taking cash bills when the internet drops and sends them when it is back. The rest of MudraERP needs a connection, though a slow one is fine.
Does MudraERP make e-way bills or e-invoices?
Not yet. E-way bills are made on the government portal, and e-invoicing (IRN and QR) is coming soon.
